Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with SaaS Launchpad for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase by contacting us at gdhzzwlc@gmail.com.

1) Acceptance

  • By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
  • If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2) Service

  • We provide tools to plan directory launches, generate copy, and track progress.
  • We may change or improve features over time. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uptime.

3) Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You must not misuse the service (no scraping abuse, no unlawful content, no attempts to break or bypass security).

4) Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to use it to operate the service (e.g., generate AI copy, display in your dashboard).
  • You must have the rights to the content you upload.

5) Payments

  • If paid plans are offered, pricing and billing terms will be shown at checkout.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6) Disclaimers

  • The service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7) Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

8) Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by applicable local law where SaaS Launchpad operates.
  • Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction’s courts, unless prohibited by law.
